Fresh air and thinking time

Many years ago, as I approached 30, I tuned my life round. Was overweight, and the 2 mile walk to work was an uncomfortable sweaty. Got a bike, and life changed. Slowly. week by week I extended the distance I could cycle, enjoyed the muscle pain, and the rewards of feeling fitter.

Come sun, rain, wind, snow, ice, I now commute by bike to work, extending the ride when I feel urge for some fresh air and thinking time.
